Sheila L. Wooley

Sheila L. Patterson Wooley, age 40, of Waynesburg passed away June 3rd, 2022 at UPMC Montefiore Pittsburgh Hospital.

She was born March 31,1982, in Waynesburg, a daughter of Jesse Patterson Sr. and the late Gloria (Snyder) Patterson.

Sheila married her husband, Taurean Wooley, on December 20, 2017.

She was a resident of Greene County most of her life. Sheila went to West Greene High School and was a home health aid for many years until the time of her death. She loved taking care of and helping people, if anyone needed anything, she would be there. Sheila enjoyed spending time with family, friends and she adored her grandson.

In addition to her husband, Sheila is survived by four children; sons Michael Anderson, of Clarksville; Joey Thomas, of Holbrook; daughters Alexis Anderson, of East View; Savannah Anderson, of Waynesburg; grandson Michael Anderson; sisters Mitzie (Josh) Blake, of Moundsville, WV; Sherry (Mike) Bennett, of Washington; and Susie Patterson, of Texas; brothers Paul Snyder and Bubby Patterson, both of Waynesburg; Ed Patterson, of Greensburg; and Mike Patterson of Moundsville, WV.

In addition to her mother, Sheila is preceded in death by sisters Jessica Patterson and Brenda Patterson Durbin.

Friends and family will be received Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 11 AM - 1 PM at Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home, LLC; 3275 W. Roy Furman Hwy., Rogersville, PA 15359; Telephone 724 499 5181. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM in the funeral home the same day.
