Michael Walter Hunt, 22, of Freeport Township, Greene County, Pa. died at approximately 9:00 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2004 from injuries received in an auto accident. He was born April 20, 1982 in Waynesburg, Pa. a son of Calvin "Walter" and Pamela Marie DeBolt Hunt of Freeport Township, Greene County, Pa. and has been a resident of the Aleppo area all of his life. He enjoyed hunting and mud bogging was a member of Knob Forks Sportsman's Club in Hundred, W.Va. Mr. Hunt was a 2002 graduate of West Greene High School where he was a member of the football and wrestling teams, as well as participated in 4-H and Future Farmers of America (F.F.A.).Mr. Hunt was a former employee of Allison Lohr in Wheeling and was last employed as a laborer by R.G. Johnson Construction.Surviving in addition to his parents are two sisters, Teresa, wife of Luke Wilson and Debra Hunt, both of Waynesburg; maternal grandmother, Mary Pierce DeBolt of Deep Valley, and his girlfriend, Casey Wood of Moundsville, W.Va. Deceased are his maternal grandfather, Bernard Andrew DeBolt, paternal grandparents, Calvin Coolidge and Josephine Florence McMasters Hunt.
