Mark R. King, 51, of Graysville, Pa. and formerly of Pittsburgh died at 5:17 p.m. Sunday, October 3, 2010 with members of his family around him after being seriously ill since March with an inoperable brain tumor.He was born April 21, 1959 in Pittsburgh a son of Margaret June Dennison King of Graysville and the late Robert (Bud) James King.Mr. King had resided in the Pittsburgh area most of his life prior to moving to Graysville in 1995.He was Catholic by faith and a 1977 graduate of Hilltop Catholic High School in Pittsburgh.Mr. King enjoyed hunting and cutting gem stones as long as his health permitted, and was an assistant at Braddock Cemetery and Sam Wilson's garage in Graysville.He was employed as a surveyor in the Houston, Texas area for 2 to 3 years prior to his last employment as a surveyor with Monaloh Basin Engineers in Pittsburgh.Surviving in addition to his mother are three brothers, John, husband of Ellen King of Watertown, NY, Phillip, husband of Mary King of Pittsburgh and Edward, husband of Audrey King of Graysville; four sisters, Betty King of Mt. Laguna, CA., Dorothy, wife of George Coptis of Carnegie, Alice, wife of Mark Coptis of Graysville and Roberta, wife of Robert Molinaro of Eagen, MN; several nieces and nephews.
