Mae D. Vulgamore,79, of Waverly, Ohio and formerly of Greene County (New Freeport), Pa. died Sunday, February 27, 2005 at 12:40 p.m. in her home after being in failing health for the past several years. She was born July 23, 1925 in New Freeport, Greene Co., Pa. a daughter of Russell Ellsworth and Bertha Matilda "Dutch" McMasters Berdine and had resided in Ohio since 1967. Mrs. Vulgamore was a member of the Church of God in Waverly, Ohio.She was employed as a L.P.N. at the Ohio State Hospital in Springfield, Ohio for several years prior to retirement.Mrs. Vulgamore enjoyed homemaking and the companionship of her pet poodle "Ginger".In September of 1970, she married Asa Vulgamore who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, ALIA of Waverly, Oh.; one son, Ronnie D. Boyer, Sr. of Dawson, Pa.; one granddaughter, Anna Rose Fedell; one grandson, Ronnie D. Boyer, Jr.; one great grandson, Noah Boyer; one brother. John Berdine of Holbrook, Pa. R.D. #1. Deceased are three sisters, Ruth Berdine who died in infancy; Hazel Davis and Georgie Conard; six brothers, William, Glenn, Guy, Edwin, Leo and Lloyd "Pete" Berdine.
