Craig Eddy

Craig D. Eddy, 35, formerly of Greene County, Pa. died unexpectedly at 1:40 p.m Friday, June 19, 2009 in Fairview, W.Va.He was born May 15, 1974 in Waynesburg, Pa. a son of the late Kenneth Eugene and Patricia Belle Eddy and had resided in Center Twp. (Hargus Creek), and Conroe, Texas prior to moving to Fairview.Mr. Eddy was a 1992 graduate of West Greene High School and a peacetime veteran of the U.S. Army.He enjoyed being around horses and the outdoors.Mr. Eddy was a former employee of Explosive Professionals in Conroe, Texas and was last employed by Yost Drilling in Mt. Morris, Pa.Surviving are four sisters, Jacqueline A. Headlee of Waynesburg, Carmel Marlene Seaman of Daybrook, W.Va., Trina M. Presock of Carmichaels and Pamela K. Purdy of New Castle; one brother, Ricky E. Eddy of Nemacolin; several nieces and nephews; a former companion, Dana Denise Payton of Fairview, W.Va.Deceased in addition to his parents is a brother, Kenneth Lee Eddy.
