Charles "Chuck" E. Stoneking

Charles “Chuck” Edward Stoneking, age 67, of Holbrook, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Friday, September 13, 2024.

Born May 3, 1957, in Fairmont, WV., son of the late Douglas and Minnie (Ross) Stoneking.

Chuck attended West Greene High School. He married the love of his life, Jackie Cheek, on July 14, 1984 at the Centennial Church of God and they were happily married for 40 years. Chuck was the proud owner of Stoneking Structural Steel which included delivery of pipe throughout the midwest. He was an avid lover of the open road. Chuck has driven truck throughout the United States since the age of 18. He loved to take his trucks to truck shows, where he has won several first place trophies. His most cherished memory was spending time with his grandchildren. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by, three children, Charles “Chuckie” (Alice) Stoneking, of Holbrook, Clarissa (Ryan) Tharp, of Wind Ridge, and Travis (Kate) Stoneking, of Waynesburg; nine grandchildren, Taylor (Alan) Hurley, Josie, Charlie, and Mark Stoneking, Reece, Raena, and Regan Tharp, Traevin Shaw, and Greyson, Stoneking; one brother, William “Bill” (Angie) Stoneking; two sisters-in-law, Dee Eisiminger and Lori (James) Cowie, three brothers-in-law, Dennis Blouir, Wylie F. (Terry) Cheek, Jr., and Richard (Candy) Cheek; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters-in-law, Wyletta Cheek Stewart and Sharon Blouir; brother-in-law, Ralph “Tink” Eisiminger; his in-laws, Wylie and Loretta Cheek.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 4-8 PM at Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home, LLC. 3275 W Roy Furman Hwy PO Box 434 Rogersville, PA 15359. Telephone: 724-499-5181. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the funeral home with Charlie Ross, officiating. Burial will follow at Centennial Cemetery, Aleppo.
